Pre-qualification is an initial assessment process conducted to evaluate the compliance of potential suppliers within the specified requirements. This process is considered to select suppliers who meet the required standards and conditions and is managed through the SOCAR e-tender digital portal.
Pre-qualification aims to verify the compliance of potential suppliers in areas such as quality, finance, legal and others. It also gathers the necessary information to ensure their successful participation in future projects, assesses their experience in relevant fields, and contributes to the formation of SOCAR's Approved Vendor List.

The portal will allow you to track the questionnaires sent to you, the results of the evaluations, and direct any questions related to the questionnaire to our team.
