Pre-qualification - is the initial assessment stage conducted prior to the procurement process. The pre-qualification process is applied to enhance the efficiency of the procurement process, reduce risks, and select the most suitable partners.
The purpose of this process - is to evaluate the technical, financial, and other capabilities of potential suppliers in advance, and to ensure that only reliable and competent companies that meet the specified requirements are included in SOCAR’s Approved Vendors List (AVL). This process is managed through the SOCAR e-tender digital portal.
