SOCAR’s Supervisory Board held its next meeting chaired by Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The meeting reviewed SOCAR’s financial and operational results for the first nine months of 2025, issues related to the 2026 budget and debt management, as well as the dividend to be paid to the state budget in 2025.
Following the discussions, the Board found the dividend payment appropriate and instructed management to finalize SOCAR’s 2026 budget in line with the defined targets.
