On March 7, 2024, Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), met with Nail Maganov, the General Director of Tatneft PJSC.
During the visit, SOCAR and Tatneft PJSC signed an Agreement on mutual activity in petrochemicals and a Memorandum of Understanding on joint work in the oil field. Additionally, discussions were held on the development of human capital and prospective joint objectives in this area.
Throughout the visit, the delegation toured the "TANEKO" oil refining and petrochemical plant complex, and other enterprises of Tatneft PJSC, and became acquainted with the production processes.
